PhD candidate at the University of Warsaw. Besides the master's program in sociology, he also finished a master’s course in history of art. At the center of his academic interests are the processes of the social production of art. He is an author and Principal Investigator of the research grant Why art is so expensive? An analysis of sources of artworks in contemporary capitalism funded by the National Science Center in Poland. He is also a Fulbright fellow and in 2022/23 at the Columbia University will conduct research When art crosses borders: valuation of artworks in international circulation.
