Arne Schmitt

Guest Professor at the University of Fine Arts (HGB) in Hamburg

German photographer, studied photography in University of Fine Arts in Leipzig and in Hogeschool Sint-Lukas Brüssel where he completed his MFA. Exhibited, among others, in Zentrum Aktuelle Kunst Bremen, Sprengel Museum Hannover, and kjubh Köln. He published several photobooks, among them, Wenn Gesinnung Form wird. Eine Essaysammlung zur Nachkriegsarchitektur der BRD and Geräusch einer fernen Brandung. He lives and works in Cologne.
