Adam Mazur
Assistant professor at the Department of Photography of the University of Arts in Poznan, as well as curator, critic and editor-in-chief of "Blok" magazine and founder, together with Jakub Banasiak, of "Szum" magazine. He has published a number of books on Polish photography in the 20th and 21st centuries, including I Love Photography (2008 and 2009), "The History of Photography in Poland 1839-2009". (2010), "The Decisive Moment. New phenomena in Polish photography after 2000" (2013), "Depth of Focus. Essays on Polish photography after 1945" (2014), as well as "After the End of Photography" (2018). In recent years, in addition to group exhibitions, he has curated solo exhibitions by artists such as Martha Rosler (2014), Nicolas Grospierre (2015), Artur Żmijewski (2016), Paweł Althamer (2016), and Aneta Grzeszykowska (2017). She is currently preparing, together with Łukasz Gorczyca, an exhibition on photographic books from Central Europe (ICC, Krakow 2019) and solo exhibitions of Piotr Uklański (National Museum in Krakow) and Torbjorn Rodland (PGS Sopot).
