She works as a researcher at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland, where she was trained in literary studies and philosophy. She is a co-founder and member of the Research Center for Memory Cultures at the Faculty of Polish Studies. She authored the book Realista Robbe-Grillet (2015) together with numerous articles. Her research interests include the redefinitions of realism in 20th century literature, Polish post-Holocaust literature, video testimony, performative practices of memory and oral history. She is working now on space-based testimonial practices of witnesses to the Shoah.
